CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - DSFH MADINAH
Dr. Nezar Khalifah has over 18 years of specialised experience in neuro-anaesthesiology and healthcare leadership. Dr. Khalifah brings a wealth of expertise in optimizing complex workflows and leading major projects. His most recent role as General Manager at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre – Madinah along with his service as Executive Director of Supply Chain Management (Corporate) at the same institution, demonstrates his dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence.
In addition to his clinical and leadership accomplishments, Dr. Khalifah has extensive academic and teaching experience. Since 2017, he has served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the College of Medicine, Alfaisal University. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2017, he was a Clinical Assistant Professor at the College of Medicine, King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he was actively involved in the education and training of future medical professionals.
Dr. Khalifah is also an accomplished researcher with several notable publications. His works include studies on "Patient Satisfaction After Awake Craniotomy," published in the Saudi Journal of Anesthesia (2008), and "The Use of Near-infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) in Surgical Clipping of Giant Cerebral Aneurysm," featured in the European Journal of Anesthesia by the European Society of Anaesthesiology. His research contributions continue to influence advancements in anesthesiology and surgical care.
