Ms. Nada S. Massoudi is seasoned nursing professional with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. Ms. Massoudi’s unwavering commitment lies in enriching nursing services within the healthcare industry. She aims to elevate patient care, foster innovation, and contribute to the advancement of the Saudi Nursing Profession. Her strategic vision extends beyond organizational boundaries, impacting the entire healthcare ecosystem. She remains committed to advancing the Saudi Nursing Profession within her organization and across the country, sustaining high standard of quality and value base care, and contributing to the Saudi Health Sector Transformation Program 2030.
In 1998 she started her journey as a registered surgical nurse, Ms. Massoudi’s commitment to patient safety led her to specialize in infection control. As an Infection Control Practitioner, she implemented rigorous protocols to prevent and manage infections within healthcare settings.
Recognizing her leadership potential, Ms. Massoudi was appointed Director for the Nursing Department in 2012, in 2018, Ms. Massoudi assumed the role of Chief Nursing Officer. Her responsibilities include overseeing nursing operations, fostering a culture of compassion, and ensuring the highest quality of care for patients.
Ms. Massoudi’s is holding a BSN from King Saoud University (Riyadh), MSc in Medicine (Infection and Immunity) from Sydney University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Leadership and Management. Amongst other certifications.
She had played a significant role in achieving numerous Hospital Accreditations and Awards such as CBAHI, Canadian, JCI, ACHS, (ANCC for PTAP and NCPD) and others, she has chaired numerous International Nursing Symposium, and presented at national and international conferences. She is the first recipient of the DAISY Nurse Leader Award in Saudi Arabia.
