Dr Hammoud is a seasoned senior healthcare physician executive with over 30 years of clinical experience and 20 years of experience in healthcare management, leadership and consultancy on governance, strategy, and quality healthcare service delivery.

She has previously held many C suite level positions in different institutions in the middle east. She presides today the American College of Healthcare executives-MENA Chapter and sits on the governing boards of few healthcare societies.

She is AmericanBoard Certified in Healthcare Management from the American College of Healthcare Executives and certified from the Harvard Business School in the“Management of Health Care Delivery for Executives”.

She is the founder of the “Lebanese Society for Quality & Safety in Healthcare” since2012, a member on the national committee for the Lebanese accreditation standards development, a training faculty for the Surveyors of the LebaneseMinistry of Public Health, an ISQua expert and a member of Harvard Business review council.

As the Chief executive Officer of Fakeeh hospital in Madinah, Dr Hammoud is filled with enthusiasm and great sense of responsibility to lead the institution towards Fakeeh Care vision of excellence in patient care, technology and health education.

Her mission is to provide the highest standards of medical and clinical care, at the holy city Madinah, in a holistic approach with respect, compassion, integrity and innovation.She is also eager to maintain Madinah’s classification by WHO as a healthy city through implementation of sustainability practices thus participating in saving the environment for a better future.

Having spent thirty years in the healthcare industry, she is committed to fostering a safe collaborative “person centered” culture of continuous improvement to ensure people, whether patients, visitors or employees, have an outstanding experience.
